In 2022, we launched a training course for women serving in leadership positions within religious councils. The program, organized in collaboration with Ne’emanei Torah Va’Avodah and WePower, was led by organizational consultant Na’ama Goldberg-Weil, a military veteran specializing in advising large-scale organizations and managers.
Women from diverse religious backgrounds—religious, ultra-Orthodox, traditional, and secular—across Israel participated in sessions covering various topics such as governance, municipal affairs, activism, and personal mentoring.
Meeting approximately once a month, either in person or via Zoom, participants learned, assisted each other, and developed strategies for implementing reforms and improving community services. Throughout the series, a professional network was established among the participants, ensuring ongoing collaboration and impactful development within the religious councils.
